Return Window:
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
Eligible for Return:
- Items received in damaged condition.
- Items that are defective or non-functional.
- Wrong item received.
- Item significantly different from description.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items damaged due to customer misuse.
- Perishable goods (groceries, fresh produce).
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
- Items without original packaging.
Refund Process:
Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. For dropshipping partners, credit will be applied to your reseller account or refunded per our agreement.

Email us at returns@sellerfoster.in with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description. Our team will respond within 24 business hours.
